Originally from NZ I have over three decades of experience exploring how art and design shape the way people connect with brands. My career spans boutique studios abroad to global agencies in New York, evolving identities, building brands from the ground up and collaborating with some of the industry’s best creative minds to craft campaign identities and cohesive visual systems.

Recently, as Executive Design Director at VML, I led multidisciplinary teams, raising creative standards while mentoring talent across all levels. Previously, I spent nine years as Head of Design at Saatchi & Saatchi New York, where i contributed to work that won multiple Cannes Lions, resulting in the agency securing the coveted ‘Agency of the Year’ title.

I believe in simple, powerful ideas executed with rigor and craft. The goal is always the same: to create distinctive, culturally relevant work that endures, whether expressed through brand identity or campaign.
